Practice @ P.G. Sports & Learning Complex December 30 @ 7:45 AM

Please arrive at the Sports & Learning Complex no later than 7:40 AM. Warm-ups will begin at 7:45 AM. We will meet in the lobby of the Complex.

Practice on the indoor track facility takes place 8:15 AM - 10:15 AM. It is highly recommended for those athletes new to track and field to attend this special practice session.

Please be ON TIME to allow maximum time on the track. We are only allotted 2 hours for the team to use the facility.
